Our Dry Age Chef 16" Stainless Steel Beef Master Butcher Hand Saw cuts through large quantities of meat and bone with ease and precision. Made of durable stainless steel construction with a sturdy stainless steel frame, the blade has the toughness to stand up to the busiest butchering operations while the 10 teeth per inch design make for clean and consistent cuts. The ergonomic handle balances the saw as it cuts through meat, bones, wild game, or Dry Aged Meat with ease. The tri-point frame connection is comfortable to operate with minimal hand fatigue during long periods of use. The cam locking blade tensioner makes changing out the blade quick and easy with little downtime. More sanitary and designed for years of use. Hardware store saws are not recommended for food use as they are most often non-sanitary plated steel of some type. Included is also a Replacement Blade so you'll always have one on hand.
