The producer of this EVOO, Dr. Giuseppe Gioia, is a cardiologist and fellow of the American College of Cardiology that recognizes the importance of the EVOO in the Mediterranean diet for cardiovascular disease prevention.

They'd love to see you in person but know that's not always practical. That's why we're happy to deliver this extra virgin olive oil right to your door. The highest and supreme quality of this organic EVOO is assured by handpicking the olives directly from the tree avoiding their fall to the ground and contamination. Gioia has opted to harvest early in the season to provide the highest olive oil flavor and quality, and a special process in bottle sealing guarantees flavor preservation.
