Our large rack and pan is the perfect size.  Big enough to hold a sub-primal slab of meat and our Himalayan dry aging salt granules (sold separately, search our other products) but small enough to easily fit in a normal fridge.  Heavy duty rack support (six legs) will hold the largest cuts that are readily available. Ideal for use when using Himalayan Salt bricks drying box too.
